Adoption Post Placement Visit and Report  $270.00 ($125.00 for each additional child)

Per visit round trip travel Fee: $50.00 (outside of the greater Oklahoma City metro area)

"Rush" Home Study  = FEE + $300.00
This study will be completed in under two months.
(must be an Oklahoma Resident for ten consecutive years)
